Daynes EyeCare seeks a Patient Care Coordinator to support daily administration for doctors, visitors, and patients, linking the doctor and front-office functions to deliver an unsurpassed patient experience.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and flexibility to work Saturdays/evenings as needed; healthcare exposure is preferred and a high school diploma suffices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year strong customer service skills.
• Strong communicator and listener with problem-solving ability.
• Experience with healthcare-related front-office operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients without delay and answers the phone courteously.
• Schedules appointments to optimize patient satisfaction and provider time.
• Maintains confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information per HIPAA.
• Records and updates financial information, collects charges, and assists with third-party claims.
• Supports daily administration of doctors, visitors, and patients within the practice.
