Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth check-in/out and excellent care. You will handle phones, greet patients with a smile, and support daily administrative tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience. Proficiency with MS Office is expected, and the position offers full benefits and a competitive base pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during every patient encounter (in person or via phone).
• Answer phones (external and internal) with prompt, courteous service.
• Respect doctors’ and patients’ time; manage patient flow in the office.
• Collect payments and knowledge of common visit fees.
• Complete daily reconciliations and close the cash drawer.
• Perform general office duties and cleaning as assigned.
