Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, call center, or healthcare front desk).
• Experience with scheduling, check-in/out, payments, or reservations.
• Comfortable handling escalations and resolving issues professionally.
• Advanced English; bilingual Spanish or Creole preferred.
• Familiar with scheduling systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check-in/out; verify scheduled visits, print/scan forms, collect copays.
• Verify insurance eligibility in eCW; confirm PCP and notes in records.
• Update contact and demographic information; secure PHI and privacy.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and print lab/diagnostic orders as requested.
• Respond to inquiries; monitor queues and support center goals.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure timely, quality patient experiences.
