Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced English required; bilingual Spanish or Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors at the Medical Center in a friendly, professional manner.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copayments; facilitate pre-visit planning and check-in/check-out.
• Coordinate with providers; schedule follow-up appointments and ensure accurate documentation.
• Protect patient confidentiality and comply with PHI/privacy regulations.
• Support center operations by maintaining records, assisting with supplies, and improving patient experience.
