The PRC will handle scheduling, payments, and patient communications, seeking to minimize wait times and improve the patient experience in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, call center, or healthcare front desk).
• Experience with scheduling, check-in/out, payments, or reservations is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient information in scheduling and EMR systems.
• Process check-in/check-out, collect copayments, and update records.
• Coordinate follow-up visits and post-visit communications as needed.
• Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations.
• Support center productivity and maintain accurate documentation.
• Respond to patient inquiries with courtesy and accuracy.
