GUIDEWELL SANITAS I LLC is seeking a Patient Representative Coordinator for our Boca Raton medical center. The role handles patient check‑in/out, pre‑visit planning, and post‑visit follow‑up to ensure a smooth patient journey and compliant records.

The PRC will verify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate demographics while protecting PHI. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1-3 years in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, call center, or healthcare front desk).
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with scheduling, check-in/out, payments, or reservations.
• Comfortable handling escalations and resolving issues with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Review scheduled appointments and assist pre-visit planning.
• Verify insurance eligibility and contact patients to address issues or confirm attendance.
• Perform check-in and verify visit type, collect copays, and update patient information.
• Manage check-out, review notes, and document follow-up requirements and payments.
• Monitor schedules to minimize wait times and promote timely visits.
• Maintain confidentiality of PHI and comply with privacy regulations.
• Assist with necessary supplies and support center operations as needed.
