Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to staff, patients and physicians to ensure efficient service.
• Answer calls promptly, direct visitors, and respond to patient queries with privacy in mind.
• Assist with billing, insurance questions, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain waiting areas and patient/employee spaces; manage patient records and referrals.
• Support physician clinics by ensuring complete documentation and registration accuracy.
