Job summary

Center For Sight, part of US Eye’s platform, seeks a Patient Care Representative to greet patients, verify information, and support scheduling and check-out processes. You will handle walk-ins, answer questions, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Full-time, on-site in Florida.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; prior customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients and visitors upon entry.
• Verify information and assist with patient questionnaires and forms.
• Print daily schedules and manage appointment confirmations.
• Attend to walk-in inquiries and prescription/record pick-up.
• Disseminate information via telephone and computer systems.
• Update charts and maintain an orderly workspace.
• Collect co-payments and account balances at check-out.
• Complete required reports and forms as requested.
