Job summary

Sanitas is seeking a Patient Representative Coordinator to greet patients, manage check-in/out, and support the patient journey from scheduling through follow-up at our Palm Beach Gardens/Riviera Beach locations in Florida.

The PRC will verify insurance, collect copayments, update records, and coordinate with care teams to ensure timely visits while protecting patient privacy and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, or healthcare front desk).
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with scheduling, check-in/out, payments, or reservations.
• Comfortable handling escalations and resolving issues with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner; direct to the appropriate person or department.
• Perform check-in for scheduled and walk-in patients; verify appointment and visit type in the system.
• Validate insurance eligibility, collect copayments, update contact information and demographics.
• Support post-visit follow-up calls, ensure accurate records, and protect patient confidentiality.
