Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff.
• Answer phones, take messages, and deliver to staff.
• Process self-pay charges, collect payments, and provide receipts.
• Verify insurance and update patient records.
• Schedule appointments and manage waitlists.
• Enter orders for tests and referrals following workflows.
• Maintain accurate patient information and HIPAA compliance.
