Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience with practice management/medical billing software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to set priorities, document conversations and actions taken.
• Flexible; able to adapt to change.
• Spanish bilingual abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take telephone messages and schedule patient appointments.
