Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily office support including filing, telephone coverage, patient registration and referrals.
• Greet patients, visitors and staff with courtesy and discretion; deliver exemplary customer service.
• Register patients, verify records, and enter data into CPS; ensure privacy and accuracy of information.
• Handle patient payments and reconcile daily cash reports.
• Maintain logs, files, and respond to record requests; support other areas as needed.
