Job summary

Intermountain Health Parkway Clinic in Henderson, NV is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. You will greet, check-in/out, schedule visits, verify demographics, and handle insurance information with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience involving interactions with customers.
• Basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out patients and schedule appointments.
• Register patients by confirming and updating demographic data in the registration system.
• Obtain insurance information, IDs, and signatures as required.
• Document all patient interactions in the EMR.
• Discuss and collect payments as appropriate and educate patients on financial assistance.
