Primor Health in Las Vegas is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients arriving at the clinic. You will greet and check-in patients, collect payments, and assist with paperwork, while entering data into an EMR system.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a commitment to patient privacy under HIPAA. You will also verify insurance and route calls to the appropriate departments as needed.

Qualifications

• Front desk/front office experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with EMR systems and basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, Internet).
• Ability to follow HIPAA requirements and protect patient privacy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilités

• Registering and scheduling patients for initial and follow-up appointments.
• Entering patient data into an electronic medical record (EMR).
