Responsibilities

• Performs front office duties, takes incoming calls, tracks inventory, compiles data, prepares reports, covers the concierge desks as needed and provides support to concierge volunteers.
• Provides non-medical guidance and assistance to patients and families. Acts as a liaison to connect patients to non-medical services and information to support healing and positive patient care experiences.
• Visits VIPs daily and follows up with correspondence upon discharge. Rounds on inpatients to ensure an excellent patient experience.
• Supports orientation and training of new concierge staff and assists Lead Concierge with daily tasks and service tracking.
• Links patients/families to private services to meet daily needs within the hospital setting and coordinates with department leadership.
