• Assist patients in inpatient and outpatient Concierge units and information services areas.
• Greet visitors and patients upon arrival and direct them to appropriate resources.
• Meet key performance metrics and comply with policies and processes.
• Demonstrate commitment to problem resolution with a creative, efficient approach.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
