Barnes-Jewish Hospital in Missouri seeks an Overnight Hospitality Concierge to support the business center and information desks. The role provides non-medical guidance to patients and families, coordinating amenities and information to support healing and a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in concierge or hospitality, with a high school diploma; a preferred associate's degree and 5-10 years experience. Night shifts and orientation/training support are included.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in hospitality or concierge roles.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred; 5-10 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs front office duties, takes calls, tracks inventory, and covers concierge desks.
• Provides non-medical guidance to patients and families, connecting them to services.
• Visits VIPs daily and follows up with discharge correspondence; ensures excellent patient experience.
• Assists and trains new concierge; maintains database and service tracking.
• Liaises with hospital leadership to meet patient needs and coordinate services.
