Job summary

Neurospine and Pain Center of Miami is seeking a Front Desk / Patient Concierge to be the first point of contact for patients. You will welcome patients, manage check-in/check-out, and coordinate with the appointment team to ensure smooth scheduling.

The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years in front desk or hospitality roles, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required. Competitive pay and team training opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and manage the check-in/check-out process with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate with the outsourced appointment team to ensure no missed calls or follow-ups.
• Provide pre- and post-appointment instructions and assist with insurance paperwork as needed.
• Manage patient communications, reminders, and event RSVPs with a focus on customer experience.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk and waiting area environment.
• Support Practice Manager with administrative tasks and coordination as needed.
