Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by the communities we serve (where necessary).
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests.
• Checking in patients and assisting with required forms.
• Collecting co-pays.
• Updating patient information in EMR.
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments in the EMR.
• Answering and routing phone calls.
• Managing faxes in the electronic fax platform.
• Maintaining cleanliness of Welcome and Community Room areas.
• May float to other centers in the region occasionally.
• Other duties as assigned.
