Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Google Suite.
• Professional phone etiquette and clear communication.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken in our communities.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and guests at check-in.
• Managing inbound/outbound calls and scheduling appointments.
• Updating patient information in the EMR system.
• Collecting co-pays and handling payments.
• Scheduling/rescheduling appointments in the EMR platform.
