ClareMedica Health Partners LLC is seeking a Patient Care Concierge to be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent service, managing front office operations, scheduling, check-in/check-out, and coordinating with medical staff to deliver outstanding patient care.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and possible local travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a medical clinic or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally up to 10%.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
• Bilingual is a plus.
• HIPAA and AHCA experience preferred.
• EMR system experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients and visitors.
• Register new patients, check-in and check-out.
• Answer phones professionally and relay messages.
• Manage the Provider’s schedule and confirm appointments.
• Verify demographics and insurance information.
• Collect copays and outstanding balances before visits.
• Process documents into the EMR and handle faxes.
• Maintain front office and lobby area in an organized, clean state.
