The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a Guest Services Representative to assist patients across inpatient and outpatient Concierge units and information services. You will greet visitors, assess needs, and direct them appropriately to ensure comfort and smooth service.

Under supervision, you will support a high level of customer service for patients, families, and staff, coordinate access to chaplain and social services, and serve as a liaison between the clinical team and guests.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or Equivalent.
• Work Experience: 0-6months.

Responsabilités

• Assists patients in inpatient and outpatient Concierge units and information services areas.
• Greets visitors and patients upon arrival.
• Ascertains patients’ and/or visitors’ needs and directs them accordingly.
• Serves as liaison between patients, family members, visitors, guests and the clinical team.
