Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED and two years directly related customer service work experience.
• An associate’s degree and one year directly related customer service work experience.
• A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.
• Computer experience required.

• Ascertain needs and direct them accordingly.
• Educate patients, family and visitors about services and resources.
• Assist with wayfinding and process improvements for efficiency.
