Qualifications

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Preferred: college coursework toward an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree; health care registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and visitors, answer phones, and collect copays.
• Schedule appointments, telehealth visits, and referrals; assist with MyChart activation.
• Support front desk operations and ensure smooth patient flow throughout visits.
