The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience required.
• 1-3 years preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and inform them during their visit.
• Check-in guests securely following hospital policies.
• Assist in patient admission when needed.
• Support volunteers and clerical staff.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and monitor safety in waiting areas.
• Coordinate with security and departments as needed.
