This role utilizes strong communication and organizational skills to serve as a positive organizational representative, complete administrative and clerical tasks as needed, support volunteers, and facilitate information sharing.

Qualifications

• Greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Monitor security check-in and verify identifications.
• Assist with patient admission when ambassador is not present.
• Sort and re-address patient mail for delivery to mailroom.
• Prepare Mended Hearts forms for accredited visitors.
• Assist the blood drive coordinator with quarterly drives.
• Provide clerical support to Volunteer Services.

Responsibilities
