Job summary

Starkey Retail is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator in Sioux Falls. The PCC serves as the face of the clinic, guiding patients through appointments, records, and outreach while upholding privacy and compliance standards. You will coordinate schedules, manage patient accounts, and support events and retention initiatives.

This on-site, full-time role emphasizes exceptional guest service, teamwork with the Clinic Team, and accurate handling of patient information and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or retail position preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and experience with Sycle, Pay Junction, Microsoft 365 or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations with a welcoming, professional approach.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; maintain PMS notes and records.
• Manage patient accounts receivable, deposits and inventory per guidelines; protect patient privacy per HIPAA.
• Assist in patient education and clinic events; support retention marketing.
