Responsibilities

• Receive patients, greet and assist, and manage front desk tasks.
• Facilitate a concierge-level front office and conduct morning huddles.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and enter outcomes.
• Manage patient accounts, payments, and insurance verifications.
• Support patient education and participate in events as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and office organization.
• Contribute to outreach and retention marketing activities.
