Job summary

Starkey Retail in Bellingham, WA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to greet patients, manage the front office, and oversee scheduling and patient accounts. The PCC guides patients through their journey and supports retention efforts.

As part of the Clinic Team, you will handle patient intake, chart review, and event coordination while maintaining HIPAA privacy and providing excellent service to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service or retail position preferred.
• Proficient computer skills with standard office software and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive patients entering the clinic according to protocol.
• Maintain front desk area, answer phones, and manage appointments.
• Enter appointment outcomes and manage patient accounts and records.
