Job summary

One Medical is seeking a diligent Member Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients in the office, ensuring a welcoming and branded experience. You will manage intake, scheduling, and billing familiarity while supporting providers and the care team.

This full-time, on-site role requires a proactive, empathetic communicator who can navigate multiple software systems and contribute to a high-quality patient journey across in-office and virtual care touchpoints.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to adapt under pressure and take action on challenges.
• Proficiency with computers and multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient intake and same-day schedule management.
• Assist with insurance verification and follow-up scheduling.
• Support front-of-house tasks and office upkeep.
• Collaborate with providers and team to resolve issues.
• Operate our tech stack (Slack, G‑Suite, Zoom, EMR) to complete tasks.
