Job summary

One Medical in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Member Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients and ensure a seamless in-office experience. You will handle check-in/out, insurance verification, and support providers while upholding One Medical standards.

The role requires 1+ year in patient-facing roles, strong communication, and comfort with Slack, G-suite, and Zoom. Full-time, 40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM at Lincoln Square, Bellevue.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer or patient-facing roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in collaborative, diverse, feedback-driven teams
• Proven ability to adapt under pressure and act on challenges
• Proficiency with multiple software systems on a computer

Responsibilities

• Provide front-of-house support including check-in/out, insurance verification, and paperwork tasks
• Maintain in-office lobby look and feel aligned with One Medical brand
• Support providers and team with ad hoc requests and problem solving
• Master technology tools (Slack, G Suite, Zoom) for daily workflows
• Open and close office, restock supplies, and maintain space organization
