One Medical is seeking a dedicated Member Support Specialist to improve in-office patient experiences. You will manage patient intake, schedule follow-ups, assist with billing questions, and uphold the brand standard across the lobby areas.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and teamwork within a fast-paced, in-person environment at the Aliso Viejo office and nearby locations as needed.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to adapt to change and take initiative under pressure.
• Proficient with computers and multiple software systems simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Front of house duties: check-in/check-out, insurance verification, printing and paperwork tasks, prepping tests.
• Support daily office operations and adhere to service level expectations.
• Assist in team problem solving and provide ad hoc support to providers.
• Master technology suite: Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and 1Life EMR for daily tasks.
• Open and close the office and maintain cleanliness and appearance of patient spaces.
