Job summary

One Medical in Connecticut seeks a Float Member Support Specialist to be an ambassador for patients, ensuring a seamless in-office experience and managing intake, scheduling, and follow-up.

You will work with a collaborative team across front desk duties, billing knowledge, and our tech stack including Slack, G-suite, Zoom and 1Life EMR, delivering empathetic service and turning challenges into moments of care.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Use C-I-CARE framework in all patient interactions to ensure a positive in-office experience.
• Handle front-of-house duties: check-in/out, insurance verification, tests prep, paperwork.
• Support in-office providers and team through rounding and problem solving.
• Master the tech stack (Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, 1Life EMR) to interact with team and patients.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain office look and supplies.
