One Medical in San Francisco is seeking a Member Support Specialist (Administrative Assistant) to be the frontline ambassador for patients, ensuring a smooth in‑office experience from intake to scheduling and beyond. You will help maintain brand standards in the lobby and support providers and staff with daily tasks.

You’ll work with Slack, G‑suite, Zoom, and our 1Life EMR, bringing empathy and strong communication to every interaction while collaborating across a diverse team to deliver

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet and using multiple software systems simultaneously.

Aufgaben

• All front of house duties including check in/check out, insurance verification, printing/paperwork tasks, prepping tests, tasking to service level expectations etc.
• Use impeccable C-I-CARE framework in all patient interactions and ensure a fluid in-office experience.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination with providers and staff.
• Master Slack, G-suite, Zoom and the EMR system to interact with team members and patients.
• Perform opening and closing duties and maintain the look and feel of patient spaces.
