Join the Cleveland Clinic Health System at Mercy Hospital in Massillon as a Patient Service Specialist. You will register patients, verify insurance, collect co-pays and coordinate scheduling while delivering patient-first care.

You will triage inquiries, educate patients on MyChart, and help ensure exceptional experiences across front-desk operations, with opportunities to grow within a renowned health system.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED with experience OR an associate/bachelor's degree.
• Experience in patient registration, scheduling, insurance processing or customer service.
• Demonstrated customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient registration, visit preparation, telephone triage, insurance verification, co-pay collection, patient and record tracking, scheduling, arrival and/or departure desk activities and screening and scheduling of interpreter services.
• Provide a comprehensive, proactive and “Patients First” experience for patients and visitors.
• Investigate, triage and resolve patient issues using the HEART model.
• Capture and verify referrals and cancellation reasons, insurance coverage and physician data.
• Enter and maintain confidential patient information and educate patients on MyChart.
