Cleveland Clinic is hiring a Patient Service Specialist at our Main Campus to deliver a proactive, clientes-first experience to patients and visitors. You will register patients, prepare visits, triage calls, verify insurance and handle co-pays, while tracking records and coordinating interpreter services.

You will also educate patients on MyChart and Appointment Pass, entering confidential information and supporting a fast-paced, caring environment across our facilities.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years in patient registration, scheduling, insurance processing or customer service.
• OR an associate's degree with 1 year of experience; OR a bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and strong customer service preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform patient registration, visit preparation, telephone triage and scheduling.
• Verify insurance, collect co-pays and track patient records.
• Enter and maintain confidential patient information and assist with interpreter services scheduling.
• Educate patients on MyChart and Appointment Pass.
