Join the Cleveland Clinic Health System team at Mercy Hospital Outpatient Rehab - Carrollton, where you will work alongside passionate caregivers to deliver patient-first healthcare.

You will perform patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification and provide exceptional customer service, helping patients understand costs and options while supporting MyChart and appointment processes across the Carrollton facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with two years of relevant experience OR an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree with related experience.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service and conflict resolution experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology; typing speed at least 30 wpm and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive, proactive and “Patients First” experience for patients and visitors.
• Perform patient registration, visit preparation, telephone triage, insurance verification, co-pay collection, scheduling and related activities.
• Explain patient estimates and assist with insurance coverage and registration details.
• Encourage patient utilization of MyChart and appointment scheduling technologies.
• Maintain accurate confidential patient information and support regional travel as needed.
