• Answer phones, direct inquiries, and book new patient appointments.
• Confirm appointments and provide pre-appointment instructions.
• Discuss benefits, co-pays, and coverage for outpatient procedures.
• Coordinate with payers for information and verification.
• Assist with benefit verification and scheduling.
• Coordinate referrals and radiography with team members.
