Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Front Office Healthcare Support professional to ensure a safe, accurate, and welcoming patient experience from pre-arrival to checkout. You will verify patient identity and insurance, manage the front door for clinical throughput, and drive patient satisfaction.

This role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and adherence to workflows while handling co-pays and post-visit outreach. Strong computer literacy and scheduling system experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient-facing roles emphasizing accuracy and empathy.
• Familiarity with scheduling workflows and patient registration processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit Preparation: review schedules 24–48 hours in advance to fill documentation gaps.
• Digital-First Intake: assist patient check-in with demographics and consents.
• Queue & Wait-Time Management: monitor waiting room and EMR queues; communicate delays.
• Exit & Outreach: complete checkout, schedule follow-ups, and no-show outreach.
