Responsibilities

• Engages patients in a polite, prompt, and compassionate manner during all practice-based patient interactions.
• Performs clerical duties including check-in, consent, check-out, registration, scheduling, and MyChart education.
• Delivers waiting room concierge service and supports kiosk check-in.
• Supports cash handling, mail processing, and scanning faxes; maintains practice cleanliness.
• Coordinates with Access Center to address scheduling and clinical inquiries.
