• Two (2) years of relevant experience in healthcare coordination or administrative role, or the equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and coordinates appointments, including surgical procedures and imaging, across departments.
• Manages waitlists and adjusts capacity to optimize scheduling across locations.
• Confirms appointments and provides pre-procedure instructions to patients.
• Tracks and validates patient records from outside providers for completeness.
• Acts as liaison between patients, physicians, and clinical staff during appointments.
• Processes payments and reconciles daily financials; may manage insurer arrangements.
• Coordinates surgical cases, including OR block time and pre/post-op scheduling.
• Performs outreach for new patient visits and transfer-of-care scheduling.
