Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe, quality-based environment per Joint Commission standards.
• Greet customers or patients in the front area and assist as needed.
• Clean and organize the clinic space daily and disinfect equipment.
• Answer questions while following HIPAA guidelines and coordinate with providers on scope of services.
• Use queue, appointment, and kiosk systems to manage waiting room flow.
• Complete patient registration and log payments and insurance data in the EHR.
