The Little Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Technician to help maximize patient flow and deliver an outstanding patient experience. Under supervision, you will handle administrative tasks including EHR documentation, patient check-in, and front-desk inquiries, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant practices.

You will support nursing staff, assist with basic vitals and history entry, and participate in daily clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Basic math and comfortable with basic computer tasks.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe, survey-ready healthcare environment.
• Greet customers and patients in the front area.
