Job summary

The Little Clinic is seeking a qualified clinician to deliver high-quality family medical care across clinics in the Thornton region. You will build relationships with patients, clinic staff, and the broader healthcare community while upholding TLC’s values of respect, integrity, diversity and safety.

Responsibilities include maintaining productivity metrics, participating in quality assurance, managing clinic inventories, and providing coverage for regional clinics as needed.

Qualifications

• MS in Nursing – FNP or PA with a bachelor’s degree
• 1 year of healthcare experience
• Active license and board certification (AANP/ANCC) and state credentials
• Board certified FNP or PA, where eligible
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Maintain confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics
• Participate in peer review and quality assurance meetings
• Ensure safety and quality healthcare environment
• Maintain clinic hours and operations
• Engage with regional management to promote TLC and clinic utilization
• Respond to customer experience surveys and address issues
• Manage clinic inventory and supplies
• Perform QC on instrumentation and CLIA testing
• Use the company information systems in compliance with HIPAA
• Support mentor program and staff development
• Keep clinical knowledge current through ongoing education
• Provide coverage for regional clinics as needed
• Control costs to meet profitability goals
• Maintain community presence through local nursing orgs and outreach
• Present a neat, professional image per dress code
• Participate in other operational duties as assigned by regional management
• Float: travel to designated clinics within geographic area
