Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software.
• Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, teambased environment.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and task management skills.
• Retail, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred.
• Infection control knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe, quality-based, survey-ready healthcare environment.
• Greet customers or patients in the front area and near the clinic.
• Clean and organize the clinic space daily and disinfect equipment.
• Process registrations and log patients into the scheduler.
• Verify patient identity and collect payments and insurance information.
• Document in the EHR and manage waiting room flow with queues and kiosks.
• Escort patients to exam rooms and record vital signs and history.
• Respond to calls and provide guidance on registration, wait times, and payments.
• Prepare and ship packages or specimens as needed and travel for float clinics.
