Job summary

AEG is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to manage front desk operations, patient flow, scheduling, and coordination across the care team. You will greet patients, confirm appointments, verify insurance, and accurately enter and maintain information in the EMR to support efficient visits.

This on-site role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, customers, and vendors in a friendly, professional manner; be the primary point of contact for patient interactions.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and manage emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Schedule patient appointments and optimize provider schedules, including cancellations and same-day fills.
• Execute appointment confirmations and reminders to reduce no-shows.
• Verify insurance eligibility and patient demographics; enter data into EMR accurately.
