Rehab Associates of Central Virginia is a growing outpatient physical therapy clinic seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to ensure a smooth flow of patients from check-in to discharge. This role is the front-line contact for non-clinical patient services and requires a warm, friendly demeanor in our energetic clinic.

You will greet patients, coordinate care, manage scheduling, maintain patient records, and assist with payments and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent in-person and phone customer service.
• Close attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; team player with energy and customer focus.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate patient care from initial evaluation to discharge.
• Answer phones and manage electronic scheduling.
• Data entry and verification of personal and financial information.
• Maintain patient charts and electronic medical records.
• Process patient payments and deposits.
• Faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned.
• Assist in gym area, patient care support, laundry, and equipment cleaning.
