Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the primary contact for patients and visitors, managing front-desk operations and patient flow. You will also handle financial aspects of patient encounters, communicate payment options, and document outcomes with accuracy.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing.

• Adaptability to work under pressure with professionalism and composure.
• Attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
• Ability to discuss patient financial responsibility, balances, payment options and financial assistance professionally.
