Job summary

Mercy in Siloam Springs is seeking a Patient Service Representative who serves as the first contact for patients and visitors, guiding front-desk operations and workflows to create a welcoming, efficient experience at the OB/GYN clinic.

You will communicate patient financial responsibility, request and collect payments, explain payment options and assistance resources, and accurately document financial conversations and outcomes to support billing and patient care.
