Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years' medical office experience desired.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly in person or by phone.
• Answer phones professionally with clear guidance.
• Register new patients and update records accurately.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to manage the provider schedule.
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays or sliding-scale fees.
• Assist with prescription pickups and records requests.
• Keep workspaces organized and confidential information secure.
• Support scheduling, reminders, and essential communications.
• Cross-train in another area to support clinic flexibility.
• Embrace other duties as needed to help the team succeed.
